自贸港建设背景下生物工程创新人才培养模式的初探

A Preliminary Study on the Cultivation Mode of Innovative Talents in Bioengineering under the Background of Free Trade and Trade Port Construction

在海南全岛建设自贸港的背景下,地方院校承担着为地方经济发展培养创新人才的使命。研究新形势下人才培养模式,对培养生物工程创新人才和服务海南地方经济有重要的意义。以海南大学生物工程专业为例,从发展现状、创新人才培养的必要性及创新人才培养具体措施等方面,初步探讨了在自由贸易试验区的背景下,地方院校生物工程创新型人才培养模式。

In the context of the construction of a free trade port in the island of Hainan,local colleges and universities undertake the mission of training innovative talents for local economic development.Research on the new mode of talent training is of great significance to the cultivation of innovative talents in bioengineering and the service of local economy in Hainan.Taking the bioengineering specialty of Hainan University as an example,this paper preliminarily discusses the training mode of innovative talents for biological engineering in local colleges and universities in the context of the free trade test area,from the present situation,the necessity of cultivating innovative talents and the concrete measures for the training of innovative talents.
