摘要
目的:评价以护理程序为导向的Sandwich教学法在儿科护理学教学中的应用效果。方法:将196名护理学生分为试验组和对照组各98人。试验组采用以护理程序为导向的Sandwich教学法开展儿科护理学教学,对照组采用传统理论教学法。采用满意度评价问卷、评判性思维能力测量表、期末理论考试的评价方式分析教学效果。结果:试验组学生理论考核成绩,评判性思维能力,对教学效果及教学方法的总体满意度及评价均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:以护理程序为导向的Sandwich教学法有利于引导学生解决现实护理实践中的护理问题,增强学生评判性思维,提高分析与解决儿科护理问题的能力。
Objective:To evaluate the application effect of Sandwich teaching method based on nursing procedure in pediatric nursing teaching.Methods:196 nursing students were divided into experimental group (n = 98) and control group (n = 98).The experimental group adopted Sandwich teaching method,which was guided by nursing procedure, and the control group used traditional theory teaching method.The satisfaction evaluation questionnaire,the critical thinking ability scale and the evaluation method of the final theoretical examination were used to analyze the teaching effect.Results:The results of theoretical examination,the ability of critical thinking,the overall satisfaction and evaluation of teaching effect and teaching methods of the students in the experimental group all of them were better than the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion:The Sandwich teaching method guided by nursing procedure is helpful to guide students to solve nursing problems in practical nursing practice,to strengthen students' critical thinking and to improve their ability to analyze and solve pediatric nursing problems.
