摘要
对我国水体下保水采煤的理论及关键技术措施进行了分析和总结,研究结果表明,煤层开采后上覆岩层破坏规律并进行导水裂隙带发育、发展动态演化规律及其高度预测是进行水体下保水采煤的理论基础。另外,顶板突水灾害防治、含水层原位保护、含水层再恢复、采动漏失水资源转移储存与利用4个层次的关键技术是保水采煤成功的关键,同时,在进行保水采煤过程中,也要根据特定的煤层赋存和水文地质条件,因地制宜地采取合适的保水采煤技术。
The theory and key technical measures of water-retaining mining under water body in China were analyzed and summarized. The results showed that the theoretical basis of water-retaining mining under water body is the failure law of overlying strata after coal seam mining and the development, dynamic evolution law and height prediction of water-conducting fissure zone. In addition, the key technologies of roof water inrush disaster prevention, in-situ aquifer protection, aquifer restoration, water resources transfer, storage and utilization are the key to the success of water-conserving coal mining. At the same time, in the process of water-conserving coal mining, appropriate water-conserving coal mining technology should be adopted according to the specific coal seam occurrence and hydrogeological conditions.
