摘要
为实现瓦斯监测异常报警数据的诊断,需要区分出瓦斯传感器校验数据,研究瓦斯传感器校验数据的最大最小值特征规律。对从某矿监测监控系统中提取的3897段传感器探头校验数据,基于SPSS软件对其最大最小值进行特征指标分析,确定瓦斯传感器校验诊断中的最大最小值诊断准则,为瓦斯监测数据鉴别瓦斯探头校验提供依据。
In order to diagnose the abnormal alarm data of gas monitoring, it is necessary to distinguish the calibration data of gas sensors and study the maximum and minimum characteristic law of the calibration data of gas sensors. Based on the 3897 section of sensor probe calibration data extracted from a mine monitoring and control system, the maximum and minimum value of the sensor was analyzed by SPSS software, and the maximum and minimum diagnostic criteria for gas sensor calibration and diagnosis were determined, which provides a basis for gas monitoring data to identify gas probe calibration.
