摘要
以榆树坡煤矿1207工作面过大断面空巷为例,通过计算,研究综采工作面过空巷围岩变形特征,提出采用充填材料充填空巷技术。通过建立充填后空巷顶板稳定力学模型,计算出了空巷顶板稳定的充填体最小支护阻力,确定了合理的填充参数。最后应用到现场,实践表明,采用充填材料充填空巷技术能保持空巷围岩结构的稳定,确保工作面快速安全通过空巷,解决了综采工作面过大断面空巷的难题。
Taking 1207 working face of Yushupo Coal Mine as an example, through calculation, the deformation characteristics of surrounding rock of goaf on fully-mechanized working face were studied, and the technology of filling goaf with filling material was put forward. By establishing the mechanics model of the roof stability of the backfill roadway, the minimum supporting resistance of the backfill body with the roof stability of the backfill roadway was calculated, and the reasonable filling parameters were determined. Finally, it was applied to the field. Practice showed that filling the goaf with filling materials can maintain the stability of the surrounding rock structure of the goaf, ensure the rapid and safe passage through the goaf, and solve the problem of fully-mechanized working face passing through large cross-section goaf.
