摘要
通过井下跟踪测试、现场采集煤样进行实验室实验的方式,确定了阳煤五矿15煤使用K_1指标进行突出危险性预测的敏感性及其临界值。现场跟踪测试结果表明,大部分测定的K_1值均集中在0. 2~0. 3 mL/(g·min^(1/2))范围内,且测试过程中现场未发现瓦斯动力现象。通过现场采集煤样,在实验室测定了3种不同煤样的K_1-P关系曲线,发现软分层煤样所对应的临界值为0. 51 mL/(g·min^(1/2)),较硬煤要明显偏小。综合K_1指标的现场考察和K_1-P关系的计算结果,得到其临界值略大于防突规定推荐的临界值0. 5 mL/(g·min^(1/2)),安全起见,最终确定0. 5 mL/(g·min^(1/2))作为阳煤五矿15煤的临界值。
The sensitivity and critical value of outburst risk prediction of 15 coal in Yangmei No. 5 Coal Mine were determined by means of underground tracking test and field coal sample collection for laboratory experiments. The results of field tracking test showed that most of the measured K1 values are concentrated in the range of 0. 2 ~ 0. 3 mL/(g·min^1/2), and no gas dynamic phenomena were found in the field during the test. The K1-P curves of three different coal samples were measured in the laboratory by collecting coal samples in the field. It was found that the critical value of soft slicing coal samples was 0. 51 mL/(g·min^1/2), which was obviously smaller than that of hard coal. Based on the field investigation of K1 index and the calculation results of K1-P relationship, the critical value is slightly larger than the recommended critical value of 0. 5 mL/(g·min^1/2) recommended by outburst prevention regulations. For safety, 0. 5 mL/(g·min^1/2) was finally determined as the critical value of 15 coal in No.5 Coal Mine of Yangquan Coal Industry Group.
