为促进企业智能化进程,有效保护设备设施,通过选煤厂刮板输送机增加飘链保护的实践应用,详细论述了PLC编程与IFix组态的设计思路、系统集成及实施方案,并对梯形图指令的应用进行了探讨。
In order to promote the process of enterprise intellectualization and protect equipment and facilities effectively, through the practical application of adding floating chain protection to scraper conveyor in coal preparation plant, the design idea, system integration and implementation scheme of PLC programming and IFix configuration were discussed in detail, and the application of ladder diagram instruction was discussed.
