Research and Application of Intelligent Permanent Magnet Technology in Coal Mine Belt Conveyor Equipment

通过分析晋华宫煤矿带式运输系统存在的问题,对永磁直驱电机进行了介绍,探讨了智能永磁技术在带式输送设备中的应用,发现智能永磁技术在带式输送设备中应用能够有效提升运输系统效率,具有显著的经济效益。

By analyzing the problems existing in belt conveyor system of Jinhuagong Coal Mine, this paper introduced the permanent magnet direct drive motor, and probed into the application of intelligent permanent magnet technology in belt conveyor equipment. It was concluded that the application of intelligent permanent magnet technology in belt conveyor equipment can effectively improve the efficiency of transportation system and has significant economic benefits.
