摘要
东曲选煤厂重介系统起车时,由于重介桶底部椎体介质沉积会造成底部椎体介质密度偏大,导致重介泵入料密度偏大,致使重介泵电机起动时超负荷,研究利用风力作为均匀沉积介质密度的动力源,对重介桶进行增加风管改造,有效解决了重介泵电机堵转电流过大而引起过流跳闸断电保护问题。
When the heavy medium system of Dongqu Coal Preparation Plant starts up, the density of the medium in the bottom vertebral body of the heavy medium bucket will be larger due to the deposition of the medium in the bottom vertebral body, which will lead to the high density of the feed in the heavy medium pump, resulting in the overload of the heavy medium pump motor when it starts up. This paper studied the use of wind power as the power source of uniform density of the deposited medium, and improved the air duct of the heavy medium bucket to effectively solve the problem of excessive blocking current in the heavy medium pump motor. The problem of over-current tripping and power-off protection was also solved.
