基于文献计量法的国内大学生创业意向研究综述

Literature Review on Entrepreneurial Intention of Chinese College Students Based on Literature Measurement Method

创业意向是创业行为的最好预测指标和重要驱动因素,本文尝试从文献计量的角度对国内大学生创业意向研究做一综述,以期为我国大学生创业意向研究方向提供参考。结果表明:一是研究步入稳定发展阶段,但高质量的文献研究比例低;二是研究样本的代表性不强,研究结果客观性有待商榷;三是研究对象较为笼统,不同专业、特定创业方向的大学生创业意向较少;四是研究内容以创业意向影响因素和现状研究为主,关于创业意向对大学生创业后的影响的研究较少,如创业行为、创业心理困境、创业学习、创业团队结建设等研究都需进一步加强。

Entrepreneurial intention is the best predictor and an important driving factor of entrepreneurial behavior. This paper attempts to make a summary of the research on entrepreneurial intention of Chinese college students from the perspective of literature measurement, so as to provide a reference for the research direction of entrepreneurial intention of Chinese college students. The results show that: first, the research enters the stable development stage, but the proportion of high-quality literature research is low;second, the representativeness of the research samples is not strong, and the objectivity of the research results needs to be discussed;third, the research object is relatively general, different majors, specific entrepreneurial direction of college students entrepreneurial intention is less;fourth, the research content mainly focuses on the factors and current situation of entrepreneurial intention. There are few studies on the influence of entrepreneurial intention on college students after starting a business, such as entrepreneurial behavior, entrepreneurial psychological dilemma, entrepreneurial learning, entrepreneurial team construction and so on need to be further strengthened.
