摘要
目的探究产前筛查高风险孕妇心理状况调查及相关因素。方法将惠东县妇幼保健计划生育服务中心2017年6月—2018年5月收治的行产前筛查的120例高风险孕妇纳入样本中,对全部孕妇的心理状况进行分析,包括焦虑心理(SAS)和抑郁心理(SDS),并分析心理状况的影响因素。结果全部孕妇的SAS中位评分、SDS中位评分同常模的相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);30~40岁、待业在家、高中(中专)以下文化、经济收入(月)2 000元以下的孕妇心理健康问题比较严重,与其他情况的孕妇比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产前筛查高风险孕妇心理状况不容乐观,年龄状况、文化程度、从事职业、经济收入水平等是影响孕妇心理状况的主要因素,因而要有针对性地采取措施,加强对孕妇心理的干预,改善焦虑和抑郁状态,提高心理健康水平,为良好妊娠结局奠定坚实的基础。
Objective To explore the psychological status survey and related factors of high-risk pregnant women during prenatal screening.Methods 120 high-risk pregnant women admitted to the hospital from June,2017 to May,2018 for prenatal screening were included in the sample,and the psychological status of all pregnant women was analyzed,including anxiety(SAS)and depression(SDS),and the influencing factors of psychological status were analyzed.Results All pregnant women had significantly higher SAS and SDS scores,and compared with the same norms,there was statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The mental health problems of pregnant women aged 30~40,who were unemployed at home,who were under high school(technical secondary school),and whose economic income were less than 2 000guan(per month)were relatively serious,which was significantly different from those of other pregnant women(P<0.05).Conclusion Prenatal screening high-risk pregnant women psychological situation is not optimistic.Age,cultural degree,occupation,income,etc are the main factors that affect their psychological condition,and therefore must be targeted to take corresponding measures to strengthen the psychological intervention for pregnant women,improue the state of anxiety and depression of pregnant women,improve the mental health of pregnant women,and lay solid foundation for good pregnancy outcomes.
