摘要 在系统梳理了酒店业员工工作风险在概念体系、研究内容、管理策略等层面研究成果的基础上,对酒店业员工工作风险展开理论述评,为酒店业员工工作风险的研究提供新的理论见解。研究表明,目前的关于酒店业员工工作风险的探讨主要呈现出三个方向的转变:一是员工工作风险的研究主体从员工群体拓展至其他相关群体;二是逐步重视跨学科的理论基础和研究范式;三是工作风险的类型正逐步从单因素往多因素发展。从未来的研究趋势来看,对员工工作风险的研究可从多种风险来源视角建立系统的研究框架,进而往相对独立的研究领域和理论体系延伸。 This study systematically summarizes the research results of the job risks of hotel employees on the concept,the research contents,management strategies and other aspects.It aims to provide a new research paradigm for the research of hotel employees job risks.The research finds that the current discussion on the job risks of the hotel employee mainly focuses on three directions:Firstly,the research subject of employee job risk is expanded from the employee group to other related groups;Secondly,the research topic of hotel employee’job risk is gradually emphasizing inter-discipline methods and theories;Thirdly,the types of job risks are gradually developing from single factor to multiple factors.In the long run of future researches,studies of employee job risk can establish a systematic research framework from the perspective of multiple risk sources,and then extend to relatively independent research fields and theories.Eventually,studies can extend to relatively independent research fields and theoretical systems.
