知识产权金融是现代经济的新生事物,是改革开放伟大历史进程中知识产权与现代金融有机融合的产物,它见证和追随着我国深化改革、扩大开放的伟大征程。当今之际,厘清知识产权金融的涵义,总结知识产权金融伴随改革开放所取得创新发展的成就和特色,很有必要。本文重点从制度、内涵、理念、模式四个方面探讨知识产权金融的创新创造和高质量发展历程,从一个侧影展示知识产权事业在我国改革开放历史进程中的卓越成就,并对知识产权金融业发展前景及需要重点解决的问题提出建设性意见。

Intellectual property finance is a new thing in modern economy and the product of the organic integration of intellectual property and modern finance in the great historical process of reform and opening up. It witnesses and follows the great journey of deepening reform and opening up in China. At present, it is necessary to clarify the meaning of intellectual property finance and summarize the development achievements and characteristics of intellectual property finance along with the reform and opening up. The author mainly discusses the growth process of intellectual property finance from four aspects of system, connotation, concept and mode, and shows the remarkable achievements of intellectual property cause in the historical process of reform and opening up in China from a side view.
