Accurately identifying the facts of the evidence document is an important basis for the correct evaluation of novelty and creativity. It is also an important prerequisite for improving the quality and the efficiency of examination. Paying attention to the use of favorable information in the evidence document will be beneficial to the further improvement of examination efficiency. This paper starts from the three actual withdrawal cases of reexamination, and analyzes the specific cases to discuss the important role of the full analyzing the disclosure of the contents of the existing comparative documents for improving the ability and the efficiency of examination in the practice.
