疼痛干预对皮瓣移植修复术患者围手术期的影响

Effect of pain intervention on the effect of skin flap transplantation on the perioperative period of patients

目的 探讨疼痛干预对皮瓣移植修复术患者围手术期的效果影响。方法 选取2016年4月~2017年10月在本科室接受皮瓣移植修复术治疗的100例患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组2组。给予对照组患者常规的镇痛治疗,给予研究组患者疼痛干预治疗。对比2组患者的治疗效果、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VisualAnalogueScale,VAS)以及皮瓣及血管痉挛情况,包括血流速度、皮瓣张力、皮瓣温度等。结果 治疗有效率方面,研究组患者明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05);对患者治疗前后进行疼痛评分,研究组患者治疗后的评分情况明显优于对照组患者(P<0.05);皮瓣及血管痉挛情况方面,研究组患者的情况明显优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论 在皮瓣移植修复患者围手术期的临床干预中,疼痛干预能够保证患者的治疗效果,减轻患者的痛苦,值得在临床上进一步推广应用。

Objective to explore the effect of pain intervention on the perioperative period of patients with skin flap transplantation. Methods 100 patients with skin flap transplantation were selected from April 2016 to October 2017 in this hospital,and were divided into two groups:the study group and the control group according to the random number table method.Among them,routine nursing intervention was given to the control group,and pain intervention was given to the study group.The treatment effect,pain VAS score,flap and vasospasm were compared between the two groups,including blood flow velocity,flap tension,skin flap temperature,etc. Results the patients in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P < 0.05 ).The score of pain before and after treatment was significantly better than that in the control group ( P < 0.05 ).In the case of flaps and vasospasm,the patients in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group ( P < 0.05 ). Conclusion in the clinical intervention of the perioperative period of patients with skin flap transplantation,the pain intervention can guarantee the therapeutic effect of the patients and alleviate the pain of the patients,which is worthy of further application in clinical practice.
