Through the analysis of the status quo of panel customized furniture sorting, the problems of manual sorting were pointed out, automatic sorting were proposed instead of manual sorting to effectively reduce sorting cost, error rate and shorten production cycle, and the relationship between the production of kneading sheet and the intelligent sorting system were expounded.
