摘要
通过对零件编码概念以及原则的介绍,以"分类码+特征码+规格码+加工码"为整体作为编码结构基础,考虑到零件部位、材质、颜色、规格及加工工艺特征属性,制定出19位码位的木质柜类定制家具的编码方案,以期为企业后续的标准件设计奠定基础。
Through the introduction of the concepts and principles of part coding, the whole coding structure was built based on the classification code, the feature code, the specification code and the processing code. Taking into account the location of the parts, materials, colors, specifications and processing routes, a coding scheme for 19-bit code wooden cabinet custom furniture was developed to make standard parts of enterprise through the coding scheme of wooden cabinet custom furniture.
