摘要
核岛机械设备标准作为最重要的核电标准之一,是核电安全建设的重要保障。我国两套机械设备标准并存的情况给核电厂核岛机械设备的设计制造带来诸多不必要的重复和浪费。针对我国核岛机械设备标准中存在的两套核电焊材标准,从总体上分析两套要求的差异、差异的成因和解决差异存在的主要困难,并给出解决建议,最后介绍目前的工作进展。核岛机械设备焊材标准技术路线统一的开创性研究工作对于完善我国核电标准体系,提升标准自主化水平,促进我国核电"走出去"具有重要的现实意义。
As one of the most important nuclear power standards,mechanical component standard of nuclear island is an important safeguard for nuclear power construction. At present,the coexistence of the two sets of mechanical component standards has brought unnecessary duplication and waste to the design and manufacture of mechanical components of nuclear islands. Among them,the differences between the two sets of welding material standards,the causes of the differences and the main difficulties in solving the differences are analyzed,and the solutions are given. Finally, the current work progress is introduced. The pioneering work on technical route unification of welding material standards has great practical significance for improving the standard system of nuclear power in China, promoting independence of the standard and facilitating the "go global" of China's nuclear power.
