摘要
主管道全尺寸安装模拟试验是核电厂主管道正式安装、焊接之前最重要的工作,而打底焊为焊接的第一道工序,其质量是决定主管道焊缝成形及性能优劣的基础,因此,控制好打底焊接的质量是主管道全尺寸安装模拟试验成功的关键。针对某核电机组主管道全尺寸安装模拟试验中3个焊口打底焊接过程发生的烧穿、内凹和未焊透缺陷,从人、机、料、法、环五个方面分析讨论,并结合原因进行了验证,找出此次打底焊接模拟的不足,明确主管道打底焊接质量控制措施,为后续主管道工作的开展提供一定的指导与借鉴。
The full-scale simulation experiment of the main pipeline installation is the most important work before the main installation and welding of the main pipeline of the nuclear power plant,and the backing welding is the first process of welding. The quality is the basis for ensuring the weld molding and performance of the main pipeline. As a consequence,controlling the quality of the backing welding is the key to the success of the full-scale simulation experiment of the main pipeline. This paper is mainly aimed at the burn-through,concave and non-welding defects occurred in the three-weld backing welding process of the main pipe of a nuclear power plant. It is analyzed from five aspects:human,machine,material,method and ring. And combined with the test verification after the cause analysis,find out the shortcomings in the simulation of the trial,make clear the quality control measures of the main pipe backing welding and provide some guidance for the follow-up of the main pipeline work.
