核电厂水池不锈钢覆面泄漏检测技术分析

摘要 针对国内某核电厂燃料转运水池不锈钢覆面泄漏问题,使用液体渗透检测、反渗法、分层盛水试验、真空发泡法、氦检漏方法进行查漏,成功查找到漏点。氦检漏方法一次成功定位漏点,分析液体渗透检查、盛水试验、反渗法的漏检原因。结合各种方法的原理特点,对比分析各方法在水池查漏中的优缺点,给出使用注意事项。燃料转运水池查漏工作具有检查范围大、辐射剂量高、工作时间受限、需尽快定位漏点的特点,提出有效的工作流程,为乏燃料水池、反应堆水池、堆内构件水池等类似结构的查漏工作提供了参考。 For the problem of leak of stainless steel overlay in fuel transfer tank of a nuclear power plant in China,the liquid penetration test,vacuum foaming method,layered water test,reverse osmosis method and helium leak detection method are used to find the leak point successfully. Helium leak detection method successfully locates the leak point once,and the causes of missed inspection of liquid penetrant inspection,water-bearing test and reverse osmosis method are analyzed. Combining the principle features of various methods,the advantages and disadvantages of various methods are compared and analyzed,and the notes for use are given. The fuel transfer pool leak detection has the characteristics of large inspection scope,high radiation dose,limited working time,and need to locate leak point as soon as possible,an effective workflow for leak detection of stainless steel overlay in fuel transfer tanks is proposed,which provides reference for leak detection work of similar structures such as spent fuel pool,reactor pool and internal component pool.
