摘要
作为核安全第三道屏障的重要组成部分,核岛钢衬里现场拼接(焊接)普遍采用以横焊和立焊位置为主的焊条电弧焊工艺,是核岛土建施工质量控制的重点和难点。通过分别采用焊条电弧焊和手工钨极氩弧焊对P265GH钢板进行焊接,研究了不同焊接工艺和焊接位置对焊接接头化学成分、显微组织和力学性能的影响及变化趋势,为手工钨极氩弧焊在核岛钢衬里工程应用的可行性提供理论依据,并形成了一整套新型焊接工艺的开发思路。
As an important part of the third barrier of nuclear safety, nuclear island steel lining is commonly pieced together by PC and PF shielded metal arc welding (SMAW) technology,which is the key and difficult point of quality control of nuclear island civil constr-uction. The effects of different welding procedures and welding positions on chemical composition,microstructure and mechanical properties of welded joints are studied. The results provide a theoretical basis for the feasibility of the application of tungsten inert gas welding (TIG) in the nuclear island steel lining,which forms a whole set of new type welding procedures development ideas.
