摘要
双相不锈钢具有优良的耐蚀性和可焊性,线膨胀系数小,适合用于碳钢、低合金制化工、压力容器的耐蚀内衬结构。针对双相不锈钢的焊接性,选用奥氏体不锈钢焊材308L、309L,运用多种焊接方法和焊材,模拟产品常见接头形式,对双相不锈钢S22253和S22053进行焊接,焊后进行外观检查、无损检测、拉伸试验、弯曲试验和室温冲击试验。结果表明,采用奥氏体不锈钢焊材施焊双相不锈钢能够获得焊接工艺性良好、各项性能满足要求的焊接接头。
Due to excellent corrosion resistance and weldability and low linear expansion coefficient,the duplex stainless steel is very suitable to be use as the corrosion resistant lining for carbon steel and low alloy pressure vessel. According to the weldability of the materials,using a variety of welding methods and material forms with austenitic stainless steel welding materials 308L & 309L to simulate the common type of joint of the products. The duplex stainless steel S22253 & S22053 are welded and the tests are performed, such as visual inspection,NDT,tensile test,bend test and room-temperature impact test. The results show that by using austenitic stainless steel welding material,the weld joint of duplex stainless steel has excellent weldability and its all properties meet the requ-irements.
