摘要
针对某核电厂手动截止阀运行期间发生的内漏,采用宏观检查、硬度试验、金相检验和扫描电镜分析等进行实验研究。结果表明,在高温高压的汽液两相流作用下,阀座基体和密封面堆焊层发生金属缺失导致阀门内漏,密封面堆焊质量不佳加速了阀门内漏的速度。建议严格控制制阀质量,特别是密封面封焊质量,确保堆焊层尺寸满足产品设计要求。
The reasons leading to interior leakage of the manual globe valve used in a nuclear power plant during operation was analyzed by means of morphology analysis,hardness test,metallographic test,SEM and other detection means. The results showed that the metal loss of valve base and valve seal surfacing occured under the action of high temperature and high pressure gas-liquid flow,and the poor quality of surfacing on the sealing surface accelerates the internal leakage of the valve. It is recommended to strictly control the quality of the valve,especially the quality of sealing surface,to ensure that the size of the surfacing layer can meet the product design requirements.
