某进口高压电子束焊机是加工产品的关键设备,配置一个单工位数控转台,其焊接准备时间长,只能焊接一个工件。为解决生产瓶颈,研制了10工位焊接转台,一次可加工10个工件,大幅缩短生产时间、提高加工效率。该转台已成功投入批量生产加工使用一年多,优质高效地完成了大批量加工任务。介绍了转台在设计过程中的机械结构、电气电路、整体精度等多方面存在的问题及解决方案,取得了良好使用效果。

An imported high voltage electron beam welder is the key equipment of processing products. It is equipped with a single station NC turntable,which has long welding preparation time and can only weld one piece. In order to solve the production bottleneck,a welding turntable with ten stations is developed. This turntable has been successfully put into the batch production and processing for more the one year. The solution of mechanical structure,electrical circuit and overall precision of turntable in design process are introduced and good use effect is gained.
