摘要
介绍三代核电项目钢安全壳底封头的两种拼装焊接方式,从对辅助工装的需求数量和安拆方式、焊接空间和焊接方法、切割工作量等不同角度进行对比分析。结果表明,底封头采用倒装拼焊方式,拼装支撑将大量减少,有利于后续拆除及运输,切割工作量较小,且焊接空间大,便于使用自动焊。结合焊缝应力收缩和变形控制、吊装和运输方式等进行分析,探究两种拼装焊接方式的优劣,为后续类似模块拼装焊接方式提供参考,便于施工单位充分利用自身优势,选择最优拼装焊接方式,在确保质量的基础上显著减少工作量。
Two kinds of assembly and welding methods of three-stage nuclear power project CV bottom head are introduced,compare and analyze the two methods from the demand amount for auxiliary fittings and the install removal mode,welding space and welding method,the amount of cutting,etc. The result shows that adopt the Backward Assembly of bottom head,the amount of bracket used for assembly will be reduced greatly,which will be help to remove and transport,and the amount of cutting is reduced,in addition with large welding space,which benefit to automatic welding. This paper also analyzes the stress shrinkage and deformation control of weld seam,hoisting and transportating mode,the advantages and disadvantages of the two assembly and welding methods are explored,so as to provide reference for the follow-up similar modules assembly and welding,convenient for the construction company to make full use of its advantages and choose the best assembling and welding method,which can reduce the workload on the basis of ensuring quality.
