摘要
核电站设备制造单位焊接作业繁杂,由于焊接内容多样,不同车间、不同焊接工序对应不同的焊接方法和难度,通过探索找出在相同标准下进行测算工作量的一种核算方法,实现了不同车间、不同焊接作业工作进度的大数据管理,找出一种公正的工作量核算方法,并将其反馈至焊工的绩效考核中,有效提升焊工的工作积极性,为提升核电设备产品质量和缩短制造周期奠定了基础。
Welding operations are complicated in nuclear power plant equipment manufacturing company,due to various welding content,different workshops and different welding procedures correspond to different welding methods and difficulties. By looking for an accounting method that can calculate the workload under the same standard,the big data management of different workshops and different welding work progress are realized,a fair workload accounting method are found and given back to the welder's performance appraisal,which effectively improves the welder's working enthusiasm and lays the foundation for improving the quality and reducing the manufacturing cycle of the nuclear power equipment product.
