核电厂非再生式热交换器管板密封焊缺陷修复

摘要 通过对核电厂非再生式热交换器管板密封焊缺陷修复技术进行研究,介绍了缺陷挖补修复的工艺过程和技术要求。第一道自熔加第二道填丝的补焊工艺在管板密封焊缺陷修复工程的成功应用,保障了焊接质量,促进了焊缝成形,提高了维修效率。该技术可实现热交换器管板密封焊役致缺陷的在线修复,为后续类似工作的开展提供重要的参考依据。 Base on the research of repair technology on seal welding defects of non-regenerative heat exchanger tube to tube plate in nuclear power plant,the process and technical requirements of repairing defects are introduced in this paper. The successful application of the repair welding technology of the first pass self-fluxing and the second filler wire in the repair engineering of seal welding defects of the tube to tube plate has guaranteed the welding quality,promoted the weld forming and improved the maintenance efficiency.This technology can realize the on-line repair of seal weldind defects on heat exchanger tube to tube plate and provide an important reference for the following similar work.
