电力旋转机械故障诊断设备分类问题

摘要 现场故障诊断的对象通常是动力学特性不明确的旋转机械。为了提高故障诊断正确率,在大量案例分析的基础上,提出一种根据转子质量、设备容量等综合指标进行电力旋转机械分类的方法。以2种多发故障为例,介绍不同类型设备故障振动信号特征和实例。实践证明,采用这种设备分类方法可以实现故障特征的细分,可以明显减少误诊。 The object of the field fault diagnosis is usually the rotating machinery with uncertain dynamic characteristics. In order to improve the accuracy of the fault diagnosis,on the basis of a large number of cases studies,this paper proposes a method for classifying electric rotating machinery based on rotor quality and equipment capacity. Taking two common faults as an example, the paper introduces and summarizes the characteristics and examples of fault vibration signals of different types of equipment. The results show that the prosed method helps to realize subdivision of fault features and substantially reduce the fault diagnosis.
