摘要
为了在变电站静态安全分析中考虑负荷和新能源电源出力的不确定性,提出了一种基于抽样盲数的变电站静态安全评估方法。面向N-1静态安全评估问题,论述了抽样盲数的抽样方法。根据持续负荷曲线和新能源电源持续出力曲线获得反映负荷和新能源电源出力的抽样盲数,将负荷抽样盲数和新能源电源出力抽样盲数的样本相互组合得到各个分析场景,以N-1条件下变压器的载荷量作为输出抽样盲数,与变压器的额定容量比较进行N-1校验,得出不满足N-1准则的概率,对于存在不满足N-1准则风险的情形,进一步分析出不满足N-1准则的程度;对于全部满足N-1准则的情形,进一步分析出静态安全裕度。结合实例对所建议的方法进行了详细的说明,结果表明其是可行的。
In order to consider the uncertainty of loads and output power of Distributed Generation(DG),a Sampled-Blind- Number(SBN)based static security assessment for substations is put forward in this paper. The way of sampling is described for static security assessment,in which the SBN of the load and the output power of the DG are obtained according to the annual load duration curve and the annual output power duration curve respectively. The scenes for analysis are obtained by combining the corresponding SBNs (of the load and the output power of new energy) respectively. The loading of the transformer in the case of N-1 is used as the output SBN,which is compared with its rated value to carry out the N-1 checking. The probability and the degree of not satisfying the N-1 criterion are obtained for the situation with the risk of static security. As for the situation without any risk of static security,the security margin can be obtained. An example is given for an detailed explanation of the proposed approach,and the result has proved its feasibility.
