摘要 分散式风电源对配电网的影响与其接入位置和接入容量密切相关,合理地对分散式风电源进行规划,对配电网的安全经济运行至关重要。建立以电压质量最优和电网运行费用最小为目标的数学模型。针对系统电压会受到噪声干扰的问题,引入最大相关熵作为代价函数,削弱突变点的影响,更好地反映整体电压的情况;对于非线性多目标优化问题,选用一种新型求解算法—文化基因算法进行求解。利用IEEE33节点配电网算例系统和工程算例分别进行仿真实验,结果表明,所建模型和算法是有效的,与传统模型和算法对比是优越的,而且规划结果与实际工程相吻合。 The influence of dispersed wind generation (DWG)on distribution network is closely related to its location and sizing. The rational planning of DWGs is vital to the safe and economical operation of the distribution network. This paper establishes a mathematical model of the optimal voltage quality and the minimum operating cost of the grid. In order to reduce the influence of noise on the system voltage,the paper introdu. ces maximum correntropy criterion(MCC)as the cost function, so as to better reflect the situation of the overall voltage. Further. more,aiming at the problem of nonlinear multi-objective optimi. zation,the paper selects a new algorithm- memetic algorithm for solving the problem. The simulation experiment is carried out by using IEEE33 node system and an engineering example. The simulation results show that the proposed model and the algo. rithm are effective,superior to the traditional model and algo. rithm. And the planning results are consistent with the actual project.
