摘要
新电改背景下,为使电网公司在市场竞争中处于优势地位,保留优质客户资源十分重要。为能客观评估优质客户,本文根据电力用户的价值分类,构建客户价值评价指标体系,并应用信息熵赋权法确定评估指标的权重,完成对模糊物元法的改进,进而提出一种基于改进模糊物元法的优质客户评价研究。并以某省15个电力大客户为例进行应用,结果表明该方法可以客观有效地对电力客户价值进行评价,提供优质客户资源,从而为电网公司投资提供参考和依据。
Under the background of the new electric power reform, for the power grid to be in a dominant position in the market competition, it is very important to retain the high quality customer resources. In order to objectively evaluate the quality of customer value, according to the classification of power users, this paper constructs a value evaluation for high quality customers, and uses the information entropy weighting method to determine the weight of evaluation index, so as to complete the improvement of the fuzzy matter-element method, and further puts forward an evaluation and research study for high-quality customers based on the improved fuzzy matter-element method. The proposed method is applied to 10 large power users in a certain province, and the result shows that the method can objectively and effectively evaluate the value of power customers and provide high-quality customer resources, thus providing a reference and basis for the investment of power grid companies.
