航天企业建设项目安全预评价工作过程的问题及对策建议

Problems and Countermeasures of Safety Pre-evaluation of Construction Project in Aerospace Enterprises

安全预评价在安全评价工作中具有重要地位,其发展趋势和现状也表明了安全评价已成为未来安全工作的重要组成部分。本文针对近年来航天企业单位大量建设项目安全评价报告,收集、整理了预评价报告中400余项专家组及个人意见。通过分类统计,从建设单位和评价单位两个方面分析问题产生的初步原因,并给出措施建议,对后续做好安全预评价工作具有较好的指导意义。

Safety pre-evaluation plays an important role in safety evaluation.Its development trend and current situation also show that safety evaluation has become an important part of future safety work.In view of the safety evaluation reports of a large number of construction projects in aerospace enterprises in recent years,this paper collects and collates more than 400 expert groups and personal opinions in the pre-evaluation reports.Through classified statistics,the preliminary causes of the problems are analyzed from two aspects of the construction unit and the evaluation unit,and the measures and suggestions are given,which has a good guiding significance for the follow-up safety pre-evaluation work.
