摘要 青年教师对高职院校教育教学质量、学生成长起着至关重要的作用。当前,高职院校青年教师流失现象较为严重,分析研究青年教师的工作满意度显得尤为重要。文章以心理契约理论对高职青年教师工作满意度为研究的理论基础,以江西交通职业技术学院为研究对象,对该校青年教师(≤35岁)的工作满意度进行了系统研究,通过分析提出了一些切实可行的对策建议,为高职院校管理者制定科学合理的制度提供决策参考。 Young teachers play a vital role in the quality of education and teaching and the growth of students in Higher Vocational colleges.At present,the loss of young teachers in higher vocational colleges is more serious,so it is particularly important to analyze the job satisfaction of young teachers.Based on the theory of psychological contract Based on the theory of psychological contract,the author researches the job satisfaction of young teachers in higher vocational colleges.Taking Jiangxi Communications Vocational and Technical College as the research object,this paper systematically studies the job satisfaction of young teachers(≤35 years old)and puts forward some feasible countermeasures and suggestions through research and analysis,which can provide decision-making reference for managers of higher vocational colleges to formulate scientific and reasonable system.
