新时代精准脱贫面临的“精准”需求及路径探析——基于江苏省泰州市扶贫的实地调研

Analysis of Accurate Needs and Solutions for Accurate Poverty Alleviation in New Era——Based on Practice in Taizhou City of Jiangsu Province

结合江苏省泰州市扶贫的实地调研,对贫困个体进行一个脱贫需求的精准分析,主要诉求分为资金、技能培训、基础设施、社会保障、产业发展这5个方面,泰州三市三区也对于脱贫需求特征显著,有基础设施需求型、社会保障需求型、产业发展需求型等3种类型。调研结果显示,对于脱贫资金的用途,各个年龄段也各不相同。精准识别,给贫困"画像",才能找到最优的精准脱贫路径。

This paper studies the poverty alleviation in Taizhou City of Jiangsu Province,and gives an accurate analysis on demand for poverty alleviation of poor individuals,such as capital,skill training,infrastructure,social security and industrial development.Moreover,such demand in different regions of Taizhou(including three cities and three districts)have obvious characteristics,including infrastructure demand,social security demand and industrial development demand.The results show that the use of anti-poverty funds varies with age.Therefore,accurate analysis on poverty situation can help to find the best solution of accurate poverty alleviation.
