轻舟难过万重山:《追月楼》的互文性

On Intertextuality of Zhuiyue Building

叶兆言的中篇小说《追月楼》与中国现代文学史上有关家族的作品,如"激流三部曲"、《四世同堂》、《北京人》和《倾城之恋》,存在一定的互文性,即《追月楼》的故事情节、人物形象、创作主题与它们均存在相似性。叶兆言重写家族小说,既是一种模仿和重复,也是对民国南京的怀旧与眷念,更反映出当代家族小说创作的局限性。当代作家不仅要继承优秀的文学传统,也要积极借鉴外国优秀文学作品,更需要对家族生活有真切的感受和体验,更新创作观念,当代家族小说才有创新的可能。

Ye Zhaoyan’s novel Zhuiyue Building has some intertextuality with other family works in the history of modern Chinese literature,such as Torrent Trilogy,Four Generations Living Together,Peking Man and Love in a Fallen City.In other words,they have similarities in story plot,character image and creation theme.Ye Zhaoyan’s rewriting of family novels is not only a kind of imitation and repetition,but also a nostalgia and concern for Nanjing,which reflects the limitations of contemporary family novels.Contemporary writers should not only inherit excellent literary tradition,but also actively learn from foreign excellent literary works.They also need to have a true feeling and experience of family life and renew their creative ideas,so that contemporary family novels can be innovated.
