中学初任教师的教师权威特征分析

摘要 教师权威是教师对学生施加教育影响的载体,初任教师是教师专业发展的初级阶段,其教师权威处于形成和生长阶段,呈现出效力差、不稳定、弹性小等3个方面的特征,初任教师教师权威整体表现为功能上的相对弱化。导致初任教师权威弱化的因素既有来自初任教师群体自身的因素,如初任教师群体与学生群体年龄差异小,减小了师生身份的"位差"空间;缄默知识缺乏,阻碍教师个人权威的生长等。也有外部因素,如学校既有制度文化对初任教师权威发展的阻延、重要他人主观评价的负面影响等。 Teacher authority is the carrier that has educational influence on students.A novice teacher will go through his infancy for the whole professional development.Their authority is in the stage of formation and growth,showing the characteristics of poor efficiency,instability and low elasticity.As a whole,their authority is characterized by a relativly weak in function.What makes the authority of novice teachers weak is not only internal factors but also some external factors.The internal factors include little age disparity between teachers and students,and the shortage for tacit knowledge.The external factors include the rejection of schools' system culture and the subjective assessment from significant others which has negative effect.
