摘要
课堂教学行为是影响课堂教学效果的关键因素。因此,借助量化分析工具开展课堂教学行为研究,对于课堂教学改革有着重要意义。首先,提出一种新的量化分析工具N-TBAS,并将其应用于国家教育资源公共服务平台的"部级优课"——初中思想品德七年级上册《受人尊重的奥秘》进行测试。事实证明,N-TBAS细化了分析类目,可操作性强。其次,结合N-TBAS变量的归类与统计结果,从"师生行为率""师生语言率""师生使用媒体率""沉默或混乱率"等角度,更加客观地分析了《受人尊重的奥秘》一课的教学过程。最后,通过对翻转课堂在初中思想品德课《受人尊重的奥秘》实施的审思,总结出翻转课堂的本质,即翻转课堂不仅实现了教学流程的逆序创新,而且与传统课堂相比更加聚焦于问题解决,师生角色定位也发生了彻底变化。
Classroom teaching behavior is the key to the effect of classroom teaching.Therefore,the use of quantitative analytical tools to conduct classroom teaching behavior research is of great significance for classroom teaching reform.Firstly,the article proposes a new quantitative analytical tool N-TBAS,and applies it to the "ministerial excellent course" of the National Education Resource Public Service Platform-the seventh grade of junior high school ideology and morality,the book "Respected Mystery".It turns out that N-TBAS refines the analytical categories and is highly pracfical.Secondly,combined with N-TBAS variable classification and statistics,it analyzs the teaching process of "respected mystery" more objectively from the perspectives of "teacher-student behavior rate","teacher-student language rate","teacher-student use media rate" and "silence or confusion rate".Finally,through the rethinking of the flipped classroom in the junior high school ideological and moral class "res pected mystery",the essence of the flipped classroom is summarized,which not only realizes the reverse innovation of the teaching process, but also pays more attention to solving problems than traditional classroom.In addition,the role of teachers and students has also undergone a complete change.
