从水泥水化硬化机理出发,提出一种全新的水泥粉磨新工艺——"优化粉磨"。通过"优化粉磨"、分别粉磨和混合粉磨工艺的对比试验,证明"优化粉磨"优于分别粉磨和混合粉磨。采用"优化粉磨"工艺可大幅度提高水泥中混合材掺量,降低水泥中熟料掺量。

According to the hydration and hardening mechanism of cement, optimized grinding technology, a new grinding technology, is put forward. By comparing the technologies of optimized grinding, separate grinding and mixed grinding, it is found that optimized grinding is the best one among separate grinding and mixed grinding. And optimized grinding technology increases the content of mineral admixture in the cement and decreases the content of clinker in the cement.
