膝关节半月板和关节软骨损伤应用CT与MRI诊断的效果观察 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探讨对膝关节半月板以及关节软骨损伤患者分别选择CT以及MRI方法完成疾病诊断后获得的临床效果。方法:选择我院2016年12月~2018年04月收治的76例膝关节半月板以及关节软骨损伤患者作为实验对象;抽签法分组后明确各组诊断方法;对照组(38例):选择CT方法完成疾病诊断;观察组(38例):选择MRI方法完成疾病诊断;对比诊断结果。结果:临床对所有患者完成关节镜检查后发现,38例患者表现出膝关节半月板损伤现象;在Ⅰ级检出率以及Ⅱ级检出率方面,两组无明显差异(P>0.05);观察组膝关节半月板损伤患者Ⅲ级检出率(100.00%)、总检出率(94.74%)明显高于对照组(20.00%)、(68.42%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);完成关节镜检查后发现,38例患者表现出关节软骨损伤现象,在各期检出率方面,两组无明显差异(P>0.05);观察组关节软骨损伤患者总检出率(97.37%)明显高于对照组(78.95%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:膝关节半月板以及关节软骨损伤患者接受临床诊断期间,同CT诊断方法比较,MRI诊断方法的有效应用,对于检出率的提高,效果显著,最终对于膝关节半月板以及关节软骨损伤患者的早期确诊以及确切治疗,奠定基础。 Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of CT and MRI methods in the diagnosis of knee meniscus and articular cartilage injury. Methods: Sixty-six patients with knee meniscus and articular cartilage injury admitted to our hospital from December2016 to April2018 were selected as experimental subjects. The grouping method was used to determine the diagnostic methods of each group. The control group (38 cases): CT method was selected. Complete disease diagnosis;observation group (38 cases): select MRI method to complete disease diagnosis;compare diagnosis results. Results: After completing arthroscopy in all patients,38 patients showed knee meniscus injury. There was no significant difference between the two groups in the detection rate of grade I and the detection rate of grade II (P>0.05). The detection rate (100.00%) and the total detection rate (94.74%) of patients with knee meniscus injury were significantly higher than those of the control group (20.00%) and (68.42%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After completion of arthroscopy,38 patients showed articular cartilage injury. There was no significant difference in the detection rate between the two groups (P>0.05). The total detection rate of articular cartilage injury in the observation group (97.37%) Significantly higher than the control group (78.95%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: During the clinical diagnosis of patients with knee meniscus and articular cartilage injury, compared with CT diagnosis method, the effective application of MRI diagnosis method has a significant effect on the detection rate, and finally the early stage of knee meniscus and articular cartilage injury. Establish a basis for diagnosis and definitive treatment.
