摘要
目的:研究冠心病的临床诊断中应用双源CT低剂量冠状动脉成像的临床应用价值。方法:选择在我院采用双源CT冠状动脉成像检查的冠心病患者70例,分为两组各35例,常规剂量组患者采用双源CT冠状动脉成像检查,低剂量组采用双源CT低剂量冠状动脉成像检查,比较两组患者的各项指标。结果:低剂量组的心肌桥检出长度、心肌桥检出率及李克特量表评分与常规剂量组比较,均无统计学差异(P>0.05);但低剂量组检查时接受的电离辐射明显比常规剂量组低(P<0.05)。结论:应用双源CT低剂量冠状动脉成像对冠心病患者进行诊断时,虽然会对冠状动脉成像质量产生一定的影响,但不影响诊断结果,而且可以显著降低检查时接受的电离辐射。
Objective: to study the value of dual-source CT low- dose coronary angiography in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease. Methods: 70 patients with coronary artery disease underwent DSCT coronary angiography were divided into two groups: 35 patients in each group. DSCT coronary angiography was performed in the conventional dose group and DSCT low-dose coronary angiography was performed in the low-dose group. The indexes of the two groups were compared. Results: There was not significant difference in myocardial bridge detection length, detection rate and Likert scale between the low dose group and the low dose group (P > 0.05), but the ionizing radiation in the low dose group was significantly lower than that in the conventional dose group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the application of DSCT low dose coronary angiography in the diagnosis of coronary artery disease may affect the imaging quality of coronary artery to some extent, but it can be applied to clinic and can reduce the ionizing radiation.
