膀胱镜直视联合经尿道同期微创治疗膀胱结石的有效性分析

Efficacy of Cystolith Treated with Cystolith by Cystescopy Combined with Transurethral Minimally Invasive Treatment

目的:探讨膀胱镜直视联合经尿道同期微创治疗膀胱结石的效果。方法:选取2016年6月-2017年6月通过我院治疗的76例膀胱结石患者,随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组应用传统膀胱切开手术治疗,研究组应用膀胱镜直视联合经尿道同期微创治疗。观察并比较两组术后的住院时间、术后出血量和切口愈合时间以及患者的疼痛程度。结果:研究组术后住院时间、术后出血量和切口愈合时间明显优于对照组(P<0.05),且研究组术后疼痛程度明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:膀胱结石的治疗过程当中,膀胱镜直视联合经尿道同期微创治疗效果理想,临床上应当进一步推广和应用。

Objective: to explore the effect of cystoscope combined with transurethral minimally invasive treatment of bladder calculi. Methods: 76 cases of cystolithiasis treated in our hospital from June2016 to June2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group. The control group was treated with traditional cystotomy and the study group was treated with cystoscope combined with transurethral minimally invasive treatment. The length of postoperative hospital stay, postoperative blood loss, wound healing time and the degree of pain were observed and compared between the two groups. Results: the length of postoperative hospital stay, postoperative blood loss and wound healing time of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05), and the postoperative pain degree of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: during the treatment of bladder calculi, cystoscope and transurethral minimally invasive treatment with cystoscope is effective, which should be further popularized and applied in clinic.
