优质护理服务与常规护理在住院精神分裂症患者护理中的应用比较

Comparison of the Application of High Quality Nursing Service and Routine Nursing in Hospitalized Patients with Schizophrenia

目的:对比优质护理服务与常规护理在住院精神分裂症患者护理中的应用。方法:抽取我院于2017年4月-2018年2月收治的85例住院精神分裂症患者为研究对象。依据护理方法分组,分成对照组(36例)和观察组(49例)。分别给予两组常规护理、优质护理服务。结果:观察组阳性量表(t=7.04)、阴性量表(t=7.19)、总分(t=10.75)均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后生活质量优于对照组(t=7.06,P<0.05);观察组治疗依从性(χ~2=6.23)、护理满意度(χ~2=6.44)高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理服务用于住院精神分裂症患者,可有效改善其临床症状及生活质量。

Objective: To compare the application of quality nursing services and routine nursing in the care of hospitalized patients with schizophrenia. Methods: Eighty-five inpatients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from April2017 to February 2018 were enrolled. According to the nursing method, they were divided into control group (36 cases) and observation group (49 cases). Two groups of routine care and quality care services were given respectively. Results: The observation group positive scale (t=7.04), negative scale (t=7.19) and total score (t=10.75) were lower than the control group (P<0.05). The quality of life of the observation group after treatment was better than that of the control group.(t=7.06, P<0.05);treatment compliance (χ^2=6.23) and nursing satisfaction (χ^2=6.44) were higher in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Quality care services for patients with schizophrenia can effectively improve their clinical symptoms and quality of life.
