阿奇霉素联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿支原体肺炎临床研究 被引量:2

Clinical Study of Azithromycin Combined with Budesonide Inhalation in the Treatment of Mycoplasma Pneumonia in Children

摘要 目的:探讨应用阿奇霉素联合布地奈德雾化吸入对小儿支原体肺炎患者的临床疗效。方法:选取来我院就诊的74例小儿支原体肺炎患儿作为研究对象,并按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组,每组37例。对照组采用阿奇霉素进行治疗,研究组患者联合布地奈德雾化吸入法进行治疗。观察并对比分析两组患者的治疗效果、临床症状、体征以及不良反应的情况。结果:治疗后,研究组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者住院时间、体温恢复正常时间、啰音消失时间和止咳时间均明显短于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阿奇霉素联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿支原体肺炎的总有效率显著高于单纯使用阿奇霉素治疗,能够缓解患儿的临床症状、体征,且起效快。 Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Azithromycin combined with Budesonide aerosol inhalation in children with Mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods: 74 children with mycoplasma pneumonia who came to our hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,37 cases in each group. The control group was treated with azithromycin, while the study group was treated with Budesonide aerosol inhalation. The therapeutic effect, clinical symptoms, signs and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed and compared. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The hospitalization time, temperature recovery time, rale disappearance time and cough relief time of the study group were significantly shorter than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Azithromycin combined with budesonide has significant difference (P<0.05). The total effective rate of nebulized inhalation in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children is significantly higher than that of azithromycin alone. It can relieve the clinical symptoms and signs of children with Mycoplasma pneumonia, and the effect is quick.
