PBL教学法在泌尿外科教学查房中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨以问题为基础(Problem-Based Learning,PBL)教学法在泌尿外科教学查房中的应用效果。方法:以2016年1月-2018年1月期间在我院泌尿外科实习的14名学生为研究对象,根据是否实施PBL教学法分为对照组和试验组,每组7名。对照组7名仅接受常规临床见习教学方法,试验组7名接受PBL教学法。两组均实习一年后对两组实习生进行考试,同时调查两组实习生见习效果。结果:试验组实习生基础知识得分(94.72±4.54)、病历分析得分(91.55±5.12)均显著高于对照组(90.10±2.83)、(85.76±3.05),差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。试验组实习生分析问题能力、自学能力、创新能力、解决问题能力均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:实施PBL教学法可帮助提高泌尿外科实习生学习兴趣和能力,有助于其掌握医学知识,提高综合素质。
