美国作为世界农业大国,早在19世纪初就开始重视农业的发展,并在20世纪30年代开始利用对粮食价格的协调控制来促进农业的发展。本文将美国粮食价格政策大体分为价格补贴、收入补贴、价格补贴与收入补贴并行3个阶段,从美国历年来颁发的一系列农业法案入手,对各个时期的粮食价格政策进行逐一分析。

As the worldwide agricultural country, America attached importance to the development of agriculture at the beginning in 19 century. In the 1930s, America made the food price policy go, to prosper agriculture by controlling the price of foods. This article would be departed three stages: price subsidies, income subsidies, simultaneous implementation of price subsidies and income subsidies, beginning with a series of agricultural bills issued by the United States over the years, and analyze the grain price policies of each period one by one.
