Research on Cultivating New Professional Farmers in Jiaozuo City under the New Normal Conditions

自新常态经济出现以来,我国的政治、社会建设也呈现新常态,新兴职业农民就是新常态社会背景下的产物。当前,新兴职业农民分为个体与群体,各有发展,但新型职业农民的数量、素质都有待提高。在新常态的社会背景下,如何培育新型职业农民、扩大新型职业农民群体对新常态经济的反哺至关重要。本文在阐述河南省焦作市新型职业农民发展现状的基础上,进一步进行分析,探索焦作地区培育新型职业农民的路径选择,希望能为焦作市的发展提供参考。

Since the emergence of the new normal economy, China's political and social construction has also presented a new normal, and the new professional farmers are the products of the new normal social background. At present, the emerging professional farmers are divided into two categories: individuals and groups. The two categories have their own development, but the quantity and quality of the new professional farmers need to be improved. Under the social background of the new normal, how to cultivate new professional farmers and expand the group of new professional farmers is of great importance to the feedback of the new normal economy. On the basis of expatiating the current situation of the development of new professional farmers in Jiaozuo city, this paper further analyzes and studies the ways to cultivate new professional farmers in Jiaozuo city, hoping to provide some references for the development of Jiaozuo city.
