代表性断裂问题与群众路线之解

The Solution to the Fracture of Representation and the Mass Line

无论是一党制、两党制还是多党制的现代政党政治,都在当代面临着代表性断裂这一问题。代表性断裂难题表征于同一性的困境、代表链的游移性,以及行政合理化与代表合法性失位并存。针对这样的问题,群众路线无疑是马克思主义理论与实践的政治资源。再释与重践群众路线对现代政党政治有着重要意义,通过群众路线在先锋队理论、领导权斗争以及超凡魅力方面对合法性的重塑,能够在源自群众、争取群众、领导群众三个方面应对代表性断裂问题带来的挑战。

Either one-party system, two-party system or the modern party politics, all of them are confronting with the embarrassment of representative fracture in the contemporary era. The fracture is shown by the dilemma of identity, the mobility of representative chain, the coexistence of administrative rationality and representation validity. In view of such problems, the mass line remains undoubtedly the political resource of Marxist theory and practice. Re-explaining and re-practicing the mass line is of great significance to modern party politics. Through reshaping the legitimacy of the mass line in its vanguard theory, leadership struggle and extraordinary charm, we can cope with the challenges brought by the representation fracture in three aspects: originating from the masses, winning over the masses and leading the masses.
