产业集聚引发的金融外部性和技术外部性对我国高技术产业发展具有重要的影响。高技术产业集聚引发的金融外部性通过产业前后向关联效应、企业竞争和劳动力共享,降低了生产成本,提升了效率;高技术产业集聚引发的技术外部性通过知识和技术的溢出效应,促进了产业技术创新。近年来,我国高技术产业快速发展,但仍然面临着区域集聚不均衡、集聚外部性效应被政策过度干扰和本土企业主要集中于低技术领域等问题。因此,在以产业集聚推动高技术产业发展的过程中,应进一步推进高技术产业集聚和专业化分工,重视基于市场机制而产生的外部性效应,加强企业研发投入和深化产学研合作,促进高技术产业均衡和高质量发展。

The financial and technological externalities caused by industrial agglomeration have an important impact on the development of China's hi-tech industry. The financial externalities incurred by hi-tech industrial agglomeration reduce production costs and improve efficiency through the forward-backward correlation effect, enterprise competition and labor sharing;the technological externalities triggered by the agglomeration promote industrial technological innovation through the spillover effect of knowledge and technology. In recent years, China's high-tech industry has developed rapidly, but it still faces the problems of unbalanced regional cluster, excessive interference of agglomeration externalities by policies, and local enterprises concentrated mainly in low-tech areas. Therefore, in the process of promoting the development of hi-tech industry by industrial agglomeration, we should further promote the agglomeration and specialization of hi-tech industry, attach importance to the external effects based on market mechanism, strengthen enterprise R&D investment and deepen the industry-university-institution unification, so as to promote the balanced and quality progress of high-tech industry.
