上海市浦东新区168名学龄前早产儿童身高状况调查及影响因素分析

Study on the Height Status and the Influencing FactorofPreterm Preschool Children in Pudong New Area,Shanghai

目的了解浦东新区学龄前早产儿童身高生长状况,探索管理早产儿童身高的环境因素。方法采用多阶层分层整群抽样方法调查浦东新区学龄前168名早产儿童的身高状况,通过问卷、体格测量和对儿童母亲的调查,获得儿童身高、环境因素等数据。结果调查分析浦东新区托幼机构168名早产儿,4.8%的儿童生长迟缓。早产儿童身高百分位数大于50th的约占51.2%,明显低于正常水平。除遗传靶身高,早产儿身高受到儿童胃口、进餐状态、挑食、每日奶量、睡眠质量等环境因素的影响;将上述差异显著这进行逐步回归分析,显示儿童胃口、进餐状态、睡眠质量及母亲身高对身高具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论学龄前儿童早产儿身高略落后于足月儿,应加强早产儿科学喂养、身高管理及智能训练。

OBJECTIVE To understand the height growth status of pre-school preterm children in PudongNew Area and explore the environ. mental factors that promoted the height of preterm children. METHODS The height status of 168 pre-term children in PudongNew Area was investigated by cluster sampling. Data such as height and environmental factors of children and the investigation on the mother were obtained through questionnaires and physical measurements. RESULTS 168 premature infants were investigated and analyzed, with a growth retardation rate of 4.8%. In addition to genetic target height,premature infant height was affected by environmental factors such as appetite,eating state,picky eating,daily milk intake and sleep quality. Conclusion of premature group was lower than in the full-term infants,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). The appetite,eating state,sleep quality and mother’s height were the risk factor for the height status of preterm preschool children. CONCLUSION The heights of premature infants,intelligence quotient and academic records were lower than that of full-term infants.
