赣北某钨钼矿钨矿石工艺矿物学研究 被引量:1

Process Mineral Research of Tungsten Ore from a W-Mo Deposit in North Jiangxi

摘要 为了给赣北某钨钼矿的选矿工艺流程选择提供依据,采用显微镜、化学分析、XRD分析等分析测试手段对钨矿石进行了工艺矿物学研究。研究表明,矿石矿物成分复杂,主要有用矿物为黑钨矿、黄铜矿、白钨矿、辉钼矿等。矿石主要有用元素为钨,WO3含量0.264%,可以进行回收利用,伴生铜、钼等也可以综合回收利用。钨主要以黑钨矿和白钨矿形式存在,二者关系密切;伴生铜、钼主要以硫化物形式存在。黑钨矿以半自形板状和它形晶粒状沿石英裂隙及间隙不均匀分布,并受黄铜矿、白钨矿等中后期矿物交代。钨矿物可采用分级重选工艺回收,铜、钼可采用多段磨选工艺综合回收。 In order to provide basis for the mineral processing flowsheet of a tungsten-molybdenum ore in north Jiangxi, process mineralogy characteristics of tungsten ore were researched by using microscope, chemical analysis, XRD analysis and so on. Studies suggest that the ore minerals are very complex in their compositions, the main useful minerals are wolframite, chalcopyrite, scheelite, molybdenite, etc. W is the main element in tungsten ore, and it can be recycled because the content of WO 3 is 0.264%, besides, associated components such as Cu and Mo can also be recovered comprehensively. W mainly exists in the form of wolframite and scheelite, and they are closely related;in addition, the associated Cu and Mo mainly exist in the sulfide form. Wolframite distributes unevenly along quartz fissures and interstices in subhedral plate-like and allotriomorphic granular, and it is also metasomatized by the middle-late minerals such as chalcopyrite, scheelite, etc. Tungsten minerals can be recycled by grading gravity separation process, and Cu and Mo can be integratedly recovered by multistage grinding process.
